Join a global manufacturing organization in the middle of a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation spanning multiple locations and business units. The organization is modernizing its ERP environment and moving business teams away from heavily customized legacy processes toward more standardized, scalable D365 capabilities.
This role will work closely with business leaders, end users, technical teams, and implementation resources to help drive adoption of D365 across Sales and Customer Service functions.

Play a central role in a large-scale D365 implementation moving into validation, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Partner directly with business leaders and end users across Sales and Customer Service.
Help shape how the organization adopts standard D365 capabilities.
Support future deployments and acquisition-driven ERP expansion.
Work primarily onsite with potential for some hybrid flexibility depending on business needs and candidate fit.

How You Will Make An Impact
Serve as the primary functional Business Analyst supporting D365 Sales and Customer Service processes.
Work directly with business leaders and users to understand needs, document requirements, and translate them into practical D365 solutions.
Support and configure functionality within the D365 Sales & Marketing Module.
Guide users away from legacy processes and toward effective adoption of standard D365 functionality.
Develop training materials, process documentation, and test scenarios to support system adoption.
Facilitate workshops, UAT activities, process validation, and remediation.
Partner with technical teams and implementation resources to ensure business needs are reflected accurately in the solution.
Support complex sales, pricing, customer service, and related business processes.
Assist with cutover, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing ERP optimization.
Help build long-term internal D365 capability as reliance on outside implementation resources decreases.
Are You An Experienced D365 Business Analyst Ready To Make An Impact?
7–10+ years of Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ERP functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience with the D365 Sales & Marketing Module.
Experience supporting Sales and Customer Service business processes.
Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis, documentation, testing, and UAT experience.
Demonstrated success working directly with business leaders and end users.
Ability to act as a change agent and help users adopt new ERP processes.
Experience developing training materials, process documentation, and test scenarios.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience supporting ERP implementations through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ability to work onsite with some potential hybrid flexibility.
Experience with complex pricing, Power Platform, Salesforce integrations, or eCommerce platforms is preferred.
