Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Senior Technical Lead Developer with 12 + years of experience to drive technical solutioning, ensuring development quality, and act as the primary onshore liaison between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• This role requires strong hands-on expertise in X++ development, architecture, integrations, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development for D365 F&O solutions Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs Define and enforce coding standards and best practices Perform hands-on development using X++, extensions, CoC, and event-driven patterns Oversee development of forms, classes, workflows, and integrations Design and govern integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Azure services
• Coordinate with stakeholders and mentor offshore developers Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Oversee deployments via Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Produce technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in D365 F&O Strong expertise in X++ and extensibility framework.
• Experience in integrations and D365 architecture Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, PPAC Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700)
• Experience in Retail, Supply chain, Manufacturing Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
• Experience with data platforms (Data Lake, BYOD, MS Fabric)
