n Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $18 - $26 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.n

The Virtual Client Advisor connects with clients through Virtual Appointments, Phone, Texting, Email, or any other preferred method of contacts for Ralph Lauren Store clients to purchase virtually. The Virtual Client Advisor must embody a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences within the Ralph Lauren brand. First and foremost, the Virtual Client Advisor must have the selling skills, confidence and drive to exceed sales goals. The Virtual Client Advisor must be skilled at developing and nurturing client relationships virtually, while identifying opportunities to expand their clientxe2x80x99s interest in Ralph Laurenxe2x80x99s lifestyle brand. Virtual Client Advisors hold the critical position of acting as brand ambassadors, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and achieving their sales targets. Their passion for Ralph Lauren is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every Virtual Client Advisor.

n ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESn

Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by engaging, listening, and assisting customers by exceeding their expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product and styling.
Achieve sales targets through selling, styling, and engaging of clients virtually and the acquisition, retention, and reactivation of clients
Engage lapsed & beyond lapsed clients from throughout the Ralph Lauren Store network to reengage the relationship and achieve reactivation targets
Balance all client relationships in Client Book through regular engagement and outreach
Elevate virtual client experience by consistently delivering memorable and personal experiences to every customer.
Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales
Drive consistent business through key product pillars. Drive full price volume across all Ralph Lauren lifestyles.
Utilize technology and virtual selling for outreach to clients and offer the full breadth of Ralph Lauren products.
Develop strong product knowledge across the RL Lifestyle catalogues.
Be well informed about the company history, current events and general information about Ralph Lauren.
Knowledgeable in current industry trends and technology including familiarity of competition.
Support and leverage all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, customer experience and selling.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Assist with inventory, special events and projects as needed.
Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Ability to network and socialize with our target customers.

n EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEn

nn n

n n

Relevant work experience preferred
Strong computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines
Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
Strong business acumen.
