An established South Florida general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a major healthcare-related development from siteworks through completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, 130,000 SF new construction project with immediate hiring for the right candidate.

The business has built a strong reputation delivering education, healthcare, and commercial projects throughout South Florida, with a significant portfolio of occupied renovation and ground-up construction work.

Description

* Lead all field operations on a $60M-$70M new construction project from civil works through turnover
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and daily site activities
* Coordinate project execution across owners, consultants, and trade partners
* Drive construction of a 130,000 SF tilt wall facility on a greenfield site
* Ensure milestones, budget objectives, and project standards are achieved

Profile

* 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
* Proven track record delivering large-scale ground-up projects valued up to $70M
* Experience within healthcare, educational, or institutional construction
* Strong tilt wall construction experience required
* Based locally within Miami-Dade County or surrounding area

Up to $150,000 + benefits
