Daily Maintenance

As a Daily Maintenance team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our Arby’s restaurant by handling a variety of tasks. You will pride yourself on being responsible for assisting with morning kitchen prep and making sure that our building is neat, clean, free from clutter and debris, and safe both inside and out. The welcoming and clean appearance you provide will ensure that guests return to our restaurant, and your efforts will make the first and last impressions that our guests remember during their dining experience. The guest visit begins and ends with YOU.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, punctual, cross-trainable, available to work in the morning, and able to follow a task list in order to complete maintenance responsibilities within three hours.  

Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Be willing and able to be cross-trained for all restaurant duties.

May work with slicers and fryers.

May need to work with or on a ladder.

Requires standing and bending while performing cleaning, power washing, weeding, landscaping, and related duties.

Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.

Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
