Dairy Farm Worker

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our dairy team as a Dairy Farm Worker. Primary responsibilities include moving cows between barns and the milking parlor, operating farm equipment, cleaning facilities, and assisting with general dairy operations. Candidates may also be trained to milk cows and assist with milking duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Move and guide cows safely between barns, pens, and the milking parlor.
Operate farm equipment and machinery as directed.
Clean barns, holding areas, alleys, and other farm facilities.
Assist with daily herd management activities.
Monitor animal well-being and report concerns to supervisors.
Help with milking cows when needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Perform other related farm duties as assigned.

Pay $18.25hr.
3-5 shifts per week, either morning or evening shifts (5:15 am to 1 pm or 5:15 pm – 1 am) all days of the week
