Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dairy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy department. Duties:

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with upper management on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management or grocery store operations, preferably within the dairy sector.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees is highly desirable.
Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
