We're searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinators to join our amazing team in Greenville, TX. What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our awesome customers - answering questions, solving issues, and generally being awesome.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and maybe even a friendly face-to-face chat.
  • Collaborate with your team to conquer any customer challenges that come your way.
  • Keep things organized by accurately documenting customer interactions.
  • Help train and welcome new team members - spread the customer service love!
  • Spot ways we can improve and make our customers even happier!
Choose Your Adventure! (aka Shift Options):

  • We understand that life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule. That's why we offer flexible shifts with fantastic perks!
  • Early Bird: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour
  • Afternoon Delight: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + an 8% shift differential
  • Night Owl: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + a 10% shift differential
What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers):

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for customer service certifications!)
  • Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills (you're a natural people-person!)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (you love a good challenge!)
  • Team player attitude (we thrive on collaboration!)
  • Computer skills and a knack for learning new software
