Your Day-to-Day:
Depending on the role and experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Installing electrical systems in commercial construction environments
- Reading blueprints and construction drawings
- Running conduit, wiring, and terminating devices
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues
- Performing quality control testing and inspections
- Supporting remodels, service upgrades, and new construction projects
- Leading crews and coordinating jobsite activities
- Enforcing safety standards and PPE compliance
- Communicating with project teams, managers, and customers
- Ordering materials and tracking project progress
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Qualifications vary by role, but ideal candidates may have:
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites
- Experience with conduit installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lift materials, work on ladders, and operate in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership experience for Lead, Foreman, and Superintendent roles
