Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing company in Dalton, MN. In this role, you’ll fabricate quality components for advertising structures while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do as a Welder:- Perform primarily MIG welding on various components
- Complete some TIG welding as needed
- Fabricate handrails and support poles for advertising signs
- Follow work instructions to meet customer specifications
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience
- TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with the use of an overhead crane
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable transportation to the Dalton area
