Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements.
Responsibilities involve developing and delivering lesson plans aligned with district and state standards, utilizing diverse instructional strategies, and assessing student progress.
Create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and supervise extracurricular activities, especially drill team duties.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff, participate in professional development, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Supervise assigned aides, adapt instruction for students with special needs, and support school community goals.
This is a year-round pooled position, with duties including drill team responsibilities, requiring physical stamina and emotional resilience.
