Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, and support of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell, ERRCS, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our rapidly growing Southern CA Region. Communication Technology Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team executing large and complex deployments across enterprise, industrial, transportation, and carrier environments.
Position Overview
The Project Manager “PM” owns the full lifecycle execution of assigned wireless infrastructure projects — from Pre- Construction through Closeout. As the designated Project Owner, the PM is the single point of accountability for communication, quality, safety, schedule, and finance on every assigned job. Other people may run point on individual tasks, while the PM ensures everything is being handled on time, accurately, and on budget.
A successful PM in this role drives projects toward an ideal outcome: an elated customer satisfied with communication, delivery, and coverage, zero safety incidents, high quality installation, delivery ahead of the schedule, in-line with quoted profit, clean change order management, and a tech team that comes out of the project stronger than before.
This position works alongside the SoCal Construction Managers and reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager or Director. The PM takes ownership of scheduling, billing, change orders, and administrative coordination, freeing the CMs and Operations Manager to focus on field execution and strategic growth.
