Sanmina has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.DAS PCB Business Development ManagerJob PurposeThe DAS PCB Business Development Manager will develop relationships within Military target customers to penetrate organization and open doors to new business opportunities for the assigned Printed Circuit Board Business unit. The ideal candidate will deploy account strategies in conjunction with Management to achieve goals and objectives set for the business. The BDM will aggressively pursue Printed Circuit Board business to ensure market share growth and position the Interconnect Technology Group for future success. A proven track record in generating profitable business growth in the Electronics market is required.Nature Of DutiesAccountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.Communicates issues and problems to Management to drive and assist with resolution.Regularly updates IT system with required data such as customer information, new opportunity logs, and call plans.Understands Printed Circuit Board fabrication methods and engages in capability discussions with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement organizations.Collaborates with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams within Sanmina.Develops, prepares, and presents high‑quality sales presentations.Researches, identifies, profiles, prioritizes, and penetrates DAS accounts.Supports initiatives and manages customer relationships.Works closely with Plant Management, Program Managers (PMs), Global Account Managers (GAMs), Engineering, & Operations Executive.Provides leadership to BDMs & PMs to ensure realistic customer expectations, operational performance, and program‑related decisions, schedules, and budgets are guided by contractual terms and conditions.Oversees communications with Sanmina plants to ensure products progress smoothly and timely throughout all business transfer and ramp‑to‑production phases.Gathers site operations data and performance metrics to support effective site‑level materials management and production scheduling.Manages metrics, monitoring, and actions to close all financial gaps for Raytheon.Understands and presents Sanmina offerings for end‑to‑end solutions and directs customers toward additional or alternative Sanmina components, products, and services.Education And ExperienceBA or BS required; MBA preferred.5+ years in Account Management.Strong project management skills with excellent ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and organize.Knowledge of FARs, DFARs, ITAR/EAR trade compliance.Excellent MS Office skills; MS PowerPoint and MS Project expertise required.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel when required.History of establishing strong relationships at key OEM customers.Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
