  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and project documentation.
  • Track project financials including labor budgets, material costs, change orders, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, risk reviews, and customer progress updates.
  • Review engineering drawings, RF designs, construction documents, and technical specifications to support successful deployment.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and material delivery schedules with supply chain and field teams.
  • Manage project issues proactively while identifying solutions to maintain schedule and customer satisfaction.
  • Support field teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary operational point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership teams on forecasting, staffing needs, and operational planning.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience within DAS, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems integration environments.
  • Strong understanding of DAS infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber optics, RF concepts, and low-voltage construction.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and field teams.
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and change order management.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.

  • Experience coordinating with customers, carriers, OEMs, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of OEM platforms such as Corning, CommScope, SOLiD, ADRF, JMA, or Zinwave.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, higher education, federal, hyperscale, or large enterprise environments.
