    Position Summary

    Century Control Systems Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator to manage, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of company data across multiple business systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, validation, reporting, and database maintenance while supporting business operations through effective data management practices. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of organisational data.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain, update, and manage company databases and information systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
    • Enter, verify, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
    • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
    • Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support operational and management decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with company data management policies, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.
    • Assist with data migration, cleansing, and system implementation projects.
    • Support the maintenance of master data, including customer, supplier, product, and project information.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiency.
    • Respond to internal requests for data retrieval, updates, and reporting.
    • Maintain appropriate documentation for data management procedures and workflows.
    • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and administrative processes.
    • Provide administrative support for enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), or other business systems as required.

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Minimum of two years' experience in data administration, database management, administrative support, or a similar role.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
    • Experience using ERP, CRM, or database management systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience within engineering, industrial automation, manufacturing, construction, or technical services.
    • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and information management best practices.
    • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
    • Experience supporting digital transformation or business system implementation projects.
