Data & AI Contract Coordinator

Title: Data & AI Contract Coordinator
Location: Raritan NJ
Duration: 40/hr. - $44.80/hr.

The Global Commercial Data & AI Contract Coordinator team supports GCDAI for eMarketplace and Statement of Work entry and follow-through for all contract requests.

In-Scope:
Coordinating with Procurement and submitting eMarketplace requests on behalf of team members from across GCDAI, including:
Initial requests for a contract
Contract and Purchase Order (PO) amendments
CDAs/Non-disclosure agreements
Manage life cycle of each GCDAI agreement
Timely follow-up on each open request to ensure follow-through
Escalating to the GCSO Procurement Lead and GCDAI team members as needed
Maintain contract tracker
Providing weekly status updates via email
Providing the sourcing contact for MSA requests and RFPs

Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher
At least 5 years of experiencie, with 2 years of previous Pharmaceutical experience (highly preferred)
Would consider a candidate with no degree and more years of experience at Pharmaceutical
We really value the previous Pharmaceutical experience, someone who is familiar with previous Pharmaceutical systems (highly preferred)
Previous experience with eMarketPlace
Must be able to work together with the team
Must value team work
Previous experience with processing Purchase Orders (POs)
Role is HYBRID, onsite 3 days a week at Raritan, NJ location
