Data AnalystYears of Experience: 5+ years experience in data analytics, including use of SQL, defining metrics, delivering regular insights reports, building dashboards, and making recommendations.Must Have: Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences. Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.About the Role: The Global Partnerships & Content organization works closely with the leading content creators and media entities in the world to build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences across a variety of product areas. This role will be responsible for providing critical data analysis and business insights to inform organizational goals, drive strategic decision-making, and support business growth. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop dashboards, create data reporting solutions, and conduct in-depth analysis to drive business outcomes.Responsibilities: Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across our Family of Apps. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a way that is easily understandable by stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide the team with self-service access to key insights, driving analyst efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
