Description:

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Data Analyst 3, to support supply chain operations by managing and maintaining product and supply chain master data within SAP and related ERP systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and a passion for data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, validate, and maintain product and supply chain master data in SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manage material masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and related ERP records.
  • Perform mass data uploads and updates supporting business initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Monitor data quality through audits, reporting, and validation activities.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and other business teams to support master data requests.
  • Assist with SAP S/4HANA implementations, process improvements, and master data governance initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all transactions meet established service level agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience maintaining product master and supply chain master data.
  • Strong understanding of ERP data structures and supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Additional Information

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

  • This position supports an ITAR and DoD assignment.
