- As a Data Analyst 3, you will be responsible for all aspects of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- You will develop and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your work.
- Your strong analytical skills will help drive critical business decisions and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Conduct data mining and extraction from multiple sources to build comprehensive reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Automate and design reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain existing dashboards and perform weekly and monthly analyses.
- Collaborate with various teams to validate data and address discrepancies.
- Support improvement opportunities throughout the organization by analyzing costs associated with logistics and transportation operations.
- Communicate findings effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, and BI Tools.
- Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
- Experience in cost analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard development.
