Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to provide valuable insights
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with data mining, segmentation, and predictive analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
