Job Summary This position provides critical support for the quality, validity and integrity of confidential data to use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. Incumbent provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and/or external data sources to support business decisions. Supports compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus) by preparing data files, validating inputs, and assisting with system configuration. Performs and audits compensation-related transactions in Workday, including job changes, pay adjustments, and organizational updates. Testing, researching and reporting of anomalous data findings and validation of extracted data is necessary to be successful and effective in this role. Requirements EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Math, Business, Data Science/Informatics, Actuarial Science, Healthcare Management, or other related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' health-related, non-clerical experience with an insurance, managed care, or healthcare technology-related organization will be considered. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in business analysis, data analysis or systems analysis preferred. Previous experience with data management and analysis tools including but not limited to MS Access, SAS, R, S+, SQL, or Cognos preferred. Excel Expert certification preferred Power BI Certification desirable Previous Workday experience desirable This position is Flex requiring 3 days in office (Wednesday) being required.
