We are seeking a talented Data Analyst / BI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions to improve decision-making and execution across various business processes.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support a wide range of business processes.
  • Standardize KPI and metric definitions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation across reporting assets.
  • Create and optimize core semantic data models to serve multiple stakeholders and business domains.
  • Build and enhance DAX measures and Power Query transformations to improve report performance and maintainability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workspace/app refresh activities, ensuring reliable production support.
  • Collaborate with team members on technical tasks and engage with subject matter experts to validate metrics and resolve data issues.
  • Participate in collaborative development practices, including version control and peer reviews.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with entry-level experience.
  • Proven experience in data modeling and Power BI development.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of managing tasks in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a medical device or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Git for version control.
  • Understanding of star schema and dimensional modeling in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
