What the day will look like
This role involves supporting data and analytics for a blend of legacy and modern systems at Aon Affinity. You will engage directly with business units to provide data solutions and insights. Leading small project teams to build practical analytics solutions will be part of your responsibilities. On any day, you may meet with business leaders to understand their analytics needs, define solutions to analytics problems, or build algorithms, data pipelines, and dashboards using tools like Databricks and Power BI. You will also assist other analysts by reviewing and contributing to their projects.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $93,500 - $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
