Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
- Implement data analytics plans and provide support for general analytics, data discovery, and statistical modeling on existing data sets in various areas of the business.
- Execute data analytics plans and implement policies to identify data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Analyze data patterns, data anomalies, and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision-making.
- Coordinate data analytics plans to provide data for complex data science and big data mining projects.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.
- Define, document, and review business rules and KPIs for reporting and convert functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Support data management, data quality, data operations, and data governance ensuring data accuracy, data integrity, data standards, and compliance are maintained.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Practical knowledge of data analytics processes and methodologies.
- Experience working independently with general or moderate supervision.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in data science and big data mining projects.
- Knowledge of industry-specific data analytics tools and software.
