Position Title: Data Analyst

Job description:
This role involves supporting and improving payment solutions and hardware, particularly for the Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins brands. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and timely resolution of escalations. They will also assist with technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
 
Required Skills:

• Strong Experience working with Verifone payment terminals and tools, such as VHQ.
• Experience in Hospitality and Payment Domain.
• 3 years working experience supporting Payment hardware/software.
• Experience or familiarity with leveraging/managing AI tools, like CoPilot.
• Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis, identifying trends, researching and analyzing data, drawing conclusions, resolving issues, interpreting and understanding policies/procedures/laws/regulations.
• Great (technical) problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly acknowledge and take ownership of an issue.
• Self-starter, ability to perceive and carry out next steps without direction.
• Track record of being client focused, with ability to interact with both internal and external clients seamlessly.

• Technical knowledge of payment integration with POS and Web & Mobile solutions, Mobile and cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure).
• Familiarity with payment instruments such as credit/debit cards and their rules and regulations, as well as credit card tokenization processes.
• Experience working and negotiating with payment processors.
• Experience with large scale implementation of applications, infrastructure or databases related to restaurant operations and associated technologies.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.

• Assist in configuring, deploying, supporting, and improving Payment solution and hardware for Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins brands.
• Assist with technical team documentation, ensuring processes and workarounds are updated and new solutions properly documented.
• Review debug logs, datasets, and work with vendors to isolate root cause and address a fix as needed.
• Work as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure stability across the estate and support timely resolution of escalations.
• Communicate all issues, status updates, action items, and risks to the management team.
• Support technical efforts with vendors and product teams to complete and enhance integration.
• Proven ownership, execution, and delivery accountability experience leading highly visible enterprise and line-of-business programs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously in a complex and high-paced environment.
