Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives within a highly collaborative Information Systems organization.
This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming data into actionable business insights, partnering with stakeholders to solve business challenges, and developing reporting solutions that drive operational excellence.
The successful candidate will combine technical reporting skills with strong communication and consulting abilities to support both strategic initiatives and recurring operational reporting.

What You'll Do
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems and data sources to support operational and strategic business initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to deliver meaningful business insights
• Research operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Create statistical analyses, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings with customers and business partners to gather requirements and understand reporting needs
• Translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Present findings, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Support recurring operational reporting processes and ensure reports are accurate, timely, and consistent
• Review and improve existing reports and processes to maximize automation and business value
• Communicate reporting outcomes, trends, and recommendations to customers and business partners
• Assist with ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed
What You'll Need
Reporting and data analysis experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with data extraction, reporting, and business analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization techniques
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and work directly with business stakeholders
• Ability to understand business processes and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Strong customer service mindset and consultative approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
