Role Overview

In this role, you will support reporting, data management, platform transition, and operational efficiency initiatives. You will play a crucial part in improving the reliability, usability, and scalability of data and reporting across philanthropy-related systems and business processes, including employee volunteering, corporate giving, and employee donations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational tasks for the United Way active campaign, including data organization, validation, and processing.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to generate reports for fund disbursement and matching programs.
• Assist in transitioning and migrating the employee donations program to a third-party application, including historical data validation and analysis.
• Enhance data automation by reducing manual Excel-based processes.
• Manage Power BI for reporting development, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder requests.
• Support master data improvements and collaborate with IT and regional teams for data model integration.
• Assist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets.

Requirements

• Strong Power BI and data modeling experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting data quality, governance, or master data initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferences

• Experience with philanthropy, giving, pledging, or grants-related platforms.
• Familiarity with HR data, enterprise data lakes, or cloud-based data environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
