Data Analyst – Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are hiring a Data Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to a full-time offer based on performance and fit. Start on a contract basis and grow into a permanent role on our analytics team.

Responsibilities

      Analyze business data to support key departmental and company-wide initiatives

      Build and maintain reports and dashboards during the contract period

      Work closely with the team to understand priorities and reporting standards

      Validate and clean data across relevant systems

      Document processes and findings for consistency and future reference

      Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and strong analytical judgment to support conversion to full-time

Qualifications

      0-1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

      Strong SQL skills required

      Proficiency with a BI/visualization tool

      Strong communication and collaboration skills

      Interest in a long-term, full-time position

      Comfortable ramping up quickly in a new environment
