We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience for a contract opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky or Dallas, Texas. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, and SQL to analyze data, build reports, validate datasets, support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, issues, and business insights
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting
Use Python for data analysis, automation, data cleansing, and analytical workflows
Work with Databricks to support data processing, reporting, and analytics activities
Collaborate with data engineering, business, and reporting teams to deliver accurate insights
Requirements
7+ years of Data Analyst experience required
Strong hands-on Python experience required
Databricks experience required
Advanced SQL experience required
Strong analytical thinking, data validation, reporting, documentation, and communication skills required
