DATA ANALYST DEPT

Position: Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in providing insights and driving business decisions for Jonesbororealtycompany. This position will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying patterns and trends, and translating them into actionable recommendations for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help drive business decisions

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy and integrity of data

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets

- Experience in real estate or property management industry is a plus

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
