The Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) Data Analyst is responsible for providing data analytics, reporting, and actionable business insights across multiple FRM programs, clients, therapeutic areas, and technology platforms. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner to FRM leadership, Operations, Client Services, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting of program performance.
The FRM Data Analyst will aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources and platforms to evaluate FRM activity, operational performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), program metrics, reimbursement trends, and overall FRM impact.
A primary responsibility of this position is ownership and support of reporting for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive/client presentations, recurring program reporting, and ad hoc business requests.
The successful candidate will be able to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling business narratives that demonstrate FRM value, identify trends and access barriers, and support data-driven operational and strategic decisions.

Success in This Role
Success will be demonstrated by the ability to provide accurate, consistent, timely, and actionable analytics across the FRM business, while reducing the administrative reporting burden on FRM leadership and field teams.
The FRM Data Analyst will help create a scalable analytics infrastructure that allows leadership and clients to clearly understand what FRM teams are doing, where reimbursement and access barriers exist, how programs are performing against established KPIs, and where FRM engagement is making a measurable impact on provider access and patient journey outcomes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
