Data Analyst (Healthcare Payor)

Glint Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with Healthcare Payor experience to support a Provider Data Transformation project involving Salesforce migration and healthcare data integrations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading client.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and extract healthcare payor data for reporting and migration activities
Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership review
Work with large datasets to support Salesforce integration initiatives
Develop data-driven insights and technical solutions to improve data accessibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on provider enrollment, claims, and benefits data

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Payor industry experience
Strong experience with Databricks and Tableau
Hands-on experience with Python OR Salesforce
Ability to create reports, dashboards, and business metrics
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:
Experience with FACETS
Knowledge of healthcare provider/payor data integrations
Understanding of NPI (National Provider Identifier) and healthcare workflows
