Yearlong Contract position 

Compensation: $30-$35/hour 

Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Disputes team within the financial services sector. This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering dispute-related information between external and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely case updates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain dispute data between external and internal databases.
- Review dispute records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Update case information and documentation as disputes progress through the resolution process.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in data entry, operations, financial services, or a related administrative role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
