Job Summary

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our hybrid team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations, market analysis, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and can transform complex data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, sales platforms, and internal databases.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Analyze real estate market trends, sales performance, customer data, and operational processes.
• Prepare data visualizations and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and administrative departments to identify reporting needs.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support data-driven decision-making through research and analytical reporting.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• Familiarity with real estate market data, MLS systems, or property management platforms.
• Experience with SQL, database querying, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of the Grand Island and Central Nebraska market.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with business intelligence and reporting.
