Experience with process improvement or operational support
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
Ability to work independently and through ambiguity

We're less interested in what's on a résumé and more interested in how a candidate thinks.
In addition to the technical qualifications, I would like the screening process to focus heavily on the candidate's mindset and approach to problem-solving. I'm less interested in what is on their résumé and more interested in how they think.
Everything we do in this role can be taught; what I'm looking for are individuals who naturally identify trends, ask questions, investigate issues, take ownership, and look for ways to improve processes.
