    Company ArcBest Location Fort Smith, AR - McClure Campus Workspace On-Campus Pay Type Salary, Full-Time Job ID 29251 Job Description The Data Analyst - Sales Operations serves as an internal analytics consultant leading projects to translate data into valuable strategic and tactical insights that drive results for ArcBest Customer Management initiatives. This position is a results-oriented, self-starter that works with departments across the organization to develop and implement solutions that will optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive long-term customer value. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, product, and IT teams to implement and support programs that accelerate process improvement and efficiency.Develop deep understanding of data and technology suite to guide decision-making and solution development.Define and administer business rules and processes to streamline workflows and standardize performance measurement.Proactively identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative solutions factoring in customer needs, data analytics, industry best practices, etc.Support resource planning to optimize utilization, identify trends and risks, inform forecasts, and create growth opportunities.Analyze and support reporting of Customer Management performance metrics.Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.Other duties and projects, as assigned. Requirements Education:Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or other related field, preferredExperience:2 years data analytics roleExperience in CRM or similar technology, preferredComputer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL, preferredCompetencies:Analytical ThinkingCommunicating for ImpactManaging Multiple PrioritiesModeling: Data, Process, Events, ObjectsProblem SolvingProcess ManagementProducing Results Other Details Work Hours:Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.Travel Requirements:Minimal (0%-25%)Compensation:This is a salary position paid biweekly.
