    Description

    As a Data Analyst II within Growth Analytics, you’ll leverage some of the most robust web and app traffic data in the industry to generate insights that inform business strategies across product growth. You will develop success metrics, evaluate experiments, and analyze user behavior to uncover insights, enhance engagement with early-stage homebuyers and homeowners, and drive conversions. 

    About the Role

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on homeowner audiences and Redfin Estimate product performance and user engagement.

    • Leverage analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions. 

    • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards supporting the Growth analytics reporting portfolio.

    • Define success metrics and perform rigorous analyses for experiments.

    • Collaborate with team members to review analyses, code, and dashboards, ensuring high-quality deliverables that answer the right questions.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.

    • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within a business environment.

    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python or R, and statistical analysis.

    • Experience with web/app traffic analytics and A/B test evaluation preferred.

    • Experience using AI code generation tools such as Snowflake Intelligence, Github CoPilot, and Anthropic Claude Code preferred.

    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build alignment.

    • Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences in both written and verbal formats.

    • Strong curiosity that doesn’t stop at the “What?” but seeks to understand the “Why?” and “What if?”

    The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $78,200.00-$135,400.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
