Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst III to support a temporary leave of absence on a recruiting operations and programs team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, and Workday data structures and a proven ability to own complex workbook architectures, reconcile data across systems, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Own core global hiring and demand tracking sheets, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced formula creation to automate recurring data refreshes.
• Execute routine data exports and transfers between Tableau, Workday, and internal trackers across regions, auditing and reconciling for data misalignment.
• Deliver regular executive Demand and Hires reporting, translating refreshed models into Tableau dashboards for Programs and Recruiting leadership.
• Support end-of-program evaluations by gathering data from multiple sources and producing digestible dashboards.
• Maintain centralized onboarding data tracking to support new hire onboarding.
• Uphold data governance by tracking and documenting start date changes, hiring manager changes, and change attribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation and data source management.
• Familiarity with Workday data structures and reporting exports.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and scalable workbook architecture.
• Experience serving as a point-of-contact across regional and functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work with inconsistent source data and reconcile across systems.
• Clear written communication for cross-functional stakeholder updates.
• Experience level: 4-10 years. Under 4 years may be underqualified. Over 10 years may be overqualified.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and evaluation tools.
• Executive-level reporting and dashboarding experience.
• Background in recruiting operations, HR operations, or people analytics.

Work Arrangement & Interview Process

• Location flexible with onsite expectation. Ideally near San Francisco or Seattle hubs, onsite 3 days per week. Role is not fully remote.
• PST time zone support required.
• Two interview rounds. No assessments. Scheduling support provided by StaffUp.
