Data Analyst
Location: Remote with flexible working hours!

The Opportunity

• Diligently enter/create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility. 
• Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization
• You will apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its quality.
• Take risks and implement ideas within established parameters.

Who you are

• Possess a Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Advanced working knowledge of  EP Evaluator statistical software with proficiency Microsoft Excel
• Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures (tables, hierarchical structures, flat files, etc.) 
• Have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at one time
• Be efficient and have effective oral and written communication skills
• Familiar with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists
• Familiar with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations
•  

• Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with minimum of 3 years of experience - preferred
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred
