Job Description:
Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Intermediate Information Services Data Analyst to join its growing team. This role delivers data analysis, reporting, and discovery services to support business and clinical objectives across one of Indiana’s largest health systems. The analyst will translate end-user needs into enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions while maintaining data warehouse security and helping users leverage reporting tools. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that advance quality care, innovation, and improved health outcomes for patients and communities.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis, reporting, and data discovery services to end-users under general supervision

  • Gather end-user requirements and develop enterprise reporting and dashboarding solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create data-driven solutions that support business and clinical objectives
  • Administer user access and maintain data warehouse security to ensure data reliability and compliance
  • Train and support end-users on reporting tools and platforms
  • Support small to medium projects, including ongoing activities and project deliverables
  • Solve moderately complex data and reporting problems using standard procedures and best practices
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant data analysis or reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of SQL programming
  • Experience with Databricks, AI Foundry, and/or Copilot Studio
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, healthcare-focused environment
 
Desired:
  • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
  • Background in data visualization, dashboard development, and enterprise data warehouse environments
