ETL Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, FL or Jacksonville, FL

Role Overview

We are looking for an ETL Support Analyst to support workforce reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with ETL pipelines, reporting platforms, data validation, and operational analytics support. The person in this role will help maintain reliable data processes, troubleshoot reporting issues, perform quality checks, and document key workflows that support workforce analytics products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ETL operations and production reporting processes.
• Perform data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Assist with dashboard and reporting support for workforce analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process notes, and knowledge management materials.
• Support testing, regression validation, and QA activities tied to data pipelines and reporting changes.
• Partner with technical and business teams to improve the reliability and operational effectiveness of workforce analytics products

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting data integration, reporting, or business intelligence environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL, GitHub, Python, and Databricks.
• Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience developing or supporting ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

Experience: A candidate should have at least two years of experience in data analytics.
