    Role Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to join a high-impact group responsible for analyzing customer and promotional data to inform key business decisions. This role is ideal for early-to-mid career professionals with experience in retail or consumer goods analytics who are eager to deepen their expertise in customer insights platforms.

    In this role, you will support internal stakeholders and external partners by delivering insights on customer behavior, promotions, and product performance. You will play a key role in driving adoption of analytics tools while partnering closely with users to turn data into meaningful business actions.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Analyze customer, sales, and promotional data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights

    · Support internal stakeholders and external partners by providing analytics on product and customer performance

    · Drive adoption and usage of this internal platform across assigned user groups

    · Deliver reports, case studies, and presentations that translate data into clear business recommendations

    · Partner with stakeholders to support merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies

    · Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new and existing users

    · Execute ad hoc analyses and presentations to support complex business needs

    · Track program effectiveness by defining and reporting on key performance metrics

    · Gather feedback from users and help improve tools, reporting, and overall user experience

    Key Requirements

    · Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field

    · One of the following experience profiles:

    o 3–4 years of data analysis experience within a well-known retail or CPG organization

    · OR 1–2 years of retail experience combined with strong hands-on experience in analytics tools- Experience with data aggregation platforms (preferred: IRI/Unify; also considering Nielsen, NPD, or similar tools)

    · Experience analyzing customer, sales, or promotional data to drive business decisions

    · Background in retail, grocery, or consumer packaged goods (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, major CPG brands)

    · Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly

    · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    · Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
