Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as main liaison between client and vendor(s) for daily operational and customer service issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service delivery.
- Coordinate and deliver training and education to vendors to ensure compliance with client's business requirements.
- Request, evaluate, and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with vendors, ensuring adequacy and timely closure.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and refresher training to vendor staff to improve their performance.
- Standardize workflows and business processes between client and vendor teams to boost efficiency.
- Prepare and present status reports to client management on daily operations, progress, and issues.
- Assist in resolving escalated customer problems in a timely manner.
- Facilitate resolution of system problems, including creating and tracking P-Logs and escalating as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and help develop action plans to maintain acceptable inventory.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workgroups to drive issue resolution and process improvement.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, accountability, communication, and willingness to learn.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Manage multiple priorities in a production-focused environment and work independently across functional teams.
- Remain compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Require a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), minimum 4 years vendor management and 3 years healthcare operations experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license, effective verbal/written communication, and client service orientation.
