Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT/Southington, CT(Remote). The candidate must have strong expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data mapping to support accurate interpretation and transformation of enterprise datasets.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Analyst job responsibilities include:
Analysing source\u2011system data and mapping attributes to target data models for accurate transformation.
Creating detailed source\u2011to\u2011target mapping documents and defining end\u2011to\u2011end transformation logic.
Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and develop precise Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
Working closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of business rules and data logic.
Validating system behavior during SIT and UAT by reviewing data flows, mappings, and transformation outputs.
Writing SQL queries to analyze datasets, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support data quality assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6\u20138 years of experience working in data analysis, data mapping, or data migration testing functions.
Client requires strong proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and creation of transformation logic across complex datasets.
Client requires the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to validate requirements and ensure accurate implementation through SIT/UAT phases.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $64.00 per hour
