Data Analyst - Marketing

Join our Omni-Channel Marketing team as a Data Analyst and help turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and better experiences for our guests and teams. As a Data Analyst, you will partner closely with business partners, leaders, team members, and the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence team to deliver meaningful insights and analysis that support business decision-making. This role will contribute to customer, marketing, and operational analytics initiatives through reporting, data analysis, visualization, and performance measurement. The analyst will communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

What You''ll Do:

• Consults and collaborates with multiple business partners to deliver analytical solutions that support customer engagement, marketing performance measurement, and broader business objectives. Examples include reporting, dashboards, campaign performance analysis, audience analytics, and data visualizations.
• Performs descriptive and diagnostic analysis using various analytical techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable insights. Supports reoccurring and ad hoc analytics related to customer behavior, marketing campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and business operations.
• Summarizes findings, develops presentations and reporting assets, and communicates insights to stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Contributes to advancing data analytic literacy, governance, and data-driven culture across the organization.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Community of Excellence and Community of Analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $73,000 - $93,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
