Data Analyst Location: Miami, FL Employment Type: Onsite | Temp-toHire
TempExperts is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business operations by maintaining accurate data, analyzing information, and ensuring the integrity of operational databases. This position plays a vital role in supporting multiple departments through accurate data management, reporting, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain high volumes of data from multiple sources into company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors.
Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness.
Generate, maintain, and distribute reports to support business operations and decision-making.
Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across multiple systems and databases.
Serve as a resource for data-related questions and assist with resolving data issues.
Support document management by scanning, organizing, and maintaining electronic records when applicable.
Assist with developing and improving data management procedures and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.
Provide training and support to team members on data processes and reporting tools as needed.
Travel occasionally for meetings, training, or business support, as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in data analysis, data entry, reporting, business operations, or a similar administrative role.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data analysis functions.
Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or business management software.
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
