What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions used across the organization.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and transform data from multiple sources.
- Create scalable data models and calculations using DAX and the Microsoft data stack.
- Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, logistics, marketing, and executive teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Support analytics initiatives using tools including Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks, and SQL.
- Assist with automation and advanced analytics efforts using Python when appropriate.
- Help expand reporting capabilities and improve how information is delivered throughout the business.
- Participate in emerging AI initiatives and future-focused analytics projects as the organization continues to invest in new technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
- Experience with DAX and data modeling.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn and grow.
