Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Markets Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets/Banking, SQL, data analysis, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working on complex, multi-business and multi-system initiatives within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed business and data analysis across complex Capital Markets initiatives.
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
Analyze business data and translate findings into actionable business requirements.
Gather, document, manage, and validate requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop user stories, use cases, customer journey maps, and test scripts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, and other technical teams.
Support solution design and development activities for complex, multi-system initiatives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements and work items using JIRA.
Perform data validation and support testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and data manipulation when required.

Strong SQL skills
Experience in Data Analysis / Business Data Analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with requirements gathering and management
Experience creating user stories, use cases, and test scripts
Experience working in Agile development environments
