Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Data Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD on projects for the GRC programs. The role focuses on analyzing data sources, creating technical requirements, and scrubbing data from upstream source systems while working closely with stakeholders and data development teams to understand data being loaded into the CyberDW.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Data Operations
   Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports. Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools.
2. Data Requirements & Stakeholder Coordination
   Work with stakeholders and data development teams to understand upstream data sources and define technical requirements for data loaded into the CyberDW.
3. Data Quality & Governance
   Support data scrubbing, validation, and analysis for GRC-related programs while ensuring data is accurate, complete, and usable for business and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Mid-level to senior Data Analyst experience with strong data analysis skills.
2. Strong proficiency with Excel and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
3. Experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
4. Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
5. Exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
9. Knowledge of GRC data, controls testing, and/or projects involving automation of controls testing is an additional plus.
