Data Analyst

IDR is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is essential in enabling data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced environment of datacenter deployment and infrastructure projects. The position offers the chance to work with an organization focused on large-scale operational data analysis and business intelligence.

Position Overview for the Data Analyst:

• As a Data Analytics and BI Specialist, you will be the architectural backbone of our data-driven decision-making process.
• You will transform raw operational data into actionable, real-time insights in a high-stakes environment.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated dashboards that provide a “single source of truth” for project health.
• Your role requires a blend of analytical skills, understanding of infrastructure lifecycles, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Success in this role will require the ability to translate physical site progress into digital data points and create models for forecasting potential delays and bottlenecks.

Requirements for the Data Analyst:

• A bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, focusing on building automated reporting engines for operational teams.
• Prior experience in datacenter infrastructure or large-scale construction data is highly preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with Python/SQL for automation and data manipulation.
